Easy Non-Cooked Cheesecake
1 (8 ounces) cream cheese 1/3 cup sugar 1 (8 ounces) Cool Whip 1 ready to use graham cracker crust (6 oz. or 9 in.) 1 can your favorite pie filling or fresh fruit
Mix cream cheese with sugar. Add Cool Whip and mix again. Place mixture into crust. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate at lease for 3 hours or over night.
Yield: 1 cheesecake
